Cabinet door overhaul

Replacement doors for an existing cabinet, decoration inspired by the radiators throughout the house. Much lighter than the previous melamine-coated flat monsters, with short fixed panels to make the open doors easier to reach past. Solid poplar panels carved by CNC router, with fallen sycamore handles from the client's neighborhood.
Wilkinsburg sign

Wilkinsburg's existing logo. Superfine MDF carved with a CNC router, hand-painted with acrylic latex. 91" wide, 47" tall, hung in the borough's council chamber.
Corner table
2025
Reclaimed oak (ebonized). Sized according to client specifications to fit a specific corner. Worm holes and other evidence of reclamation left intact.

Big box plywood, 6 screws, dowels. Later blackened with india ink.
Bathroom shelf with railing

Birch plywood, polyurethane, brass, silver solder, CA glue, 2 screws and drywall anchors.
A-frame clothes rack

Unfinished oak, 6 brass threaded inserts and screws.
Kitchen shelf

Pine, polyurethane, rubber feet, screws. Sloped ~1.5mm end-to-end, perfectly matching the windowsill.
